The cornerstones of our practice are experience, judgment and results.  Years of practice in courtrooms and at negotiating tables have honed our judgment so that we can advocate for our clients in the most effective way possible for their unique situation.  Our satisfied clients stay with us for years; those long term relationships allow us to fully understand our clients’ business objectives and help achieve their goals through our combined efforts.  We value our clients’ time and input, and our approach to litigation reflects that philosophy:

Results-Oriented.   All matters are first reviewed by an experienced partner capable of clearly defining the issues and proposing a suitable plan of action.] We always look for the most meaningful, economical and advantageous approach to achieve our Client’s objectives.

Responsiveness to Clients. We work closely with our Clients to achieve agreed-upon goals, taking the initiative in defining issues and projecting costs to meet the Client’s objectives. We provide frequent reports of substantive progress and are frank about resources required to complete the task and available options.  Whether we work with our Clients’ business executives or in-house counsel, we realize that our advice must be practical and reflect our Clients’ real world business objectives.

Involved Partners. Our partners are totally involved in the substance of Client matters. They are productive attorneys, engaged in thinking, writing and acting on behalf of the Clients they serve and are not merely administrators of junior attorneys.

Experienced Associates. All of our associates are well-trained, seasoned attorneys who bring value to their work and contribute substance at an early stage.

Sensitivity to Economics of Litigation.   We view litigation just as our Clients view their own business matters and strategy. We perform early realistic, case assessments and economic cost/benefit analyses.  We outline goals and action plans designed to achieve those goals within our Clients’ parameters, and then we deliver.
